Business process automation system for medical clinics

Task:

Develop an info system for a wide medical center network, including modules for visitors, schedules, attendances, mailouts, budget, analytics, personnel, communications, storage, marketing.

Results:

REVOTECH has developed a system that allows users to:

  • establish integration with the clinic’s website, email and SMS mailouts, POS-terminals for receipt-printing, 1C and VoIP
  • set up a personal cabinet for each patient
  • automate communications with clients via a call-center
  • communicate with patients on-line
  • run patients’ personal files
  • import files from Word and Excel
  • Keep track of service prices, personnel working schedule, number and type of available rooms and staff payroll
  • maintain document version control
  • automatically notify patients of scheduled attendances
  • keep track of payments from patients
  • establish individual payment schedules and calculate discounts
  • plan and keep track of sales goals
  • maintain information on medical supplies
  • track medicines and materials expiration dates

Project peculiarities:

The system utilizes a complex approach to clinic automation: working with patients (CRM) and automation of all medical care procedures in the clinic. The system includes a reporting tool to analyze all aspects of a clinic’s procedures and export information into Word or PDF files. The system also has a dashboard which can pull up summary reports. Software can be either installed to a clinic’s server or run from cloud server.
