An independent software vendor specializing in chemical industry approached REVOTECH to request the development of a web-based, collaborative, and visually rich tool that would support its clients with chemicals management, approvals management, emergency management, and supply chain management. In response, REVOTECH assigned a dedicated team of experienced developers to design a web application. The team’s key objective was to gain an in depth understanding of the business domain and provide a robust solution with advanced presentation abilities to address the client’s needs.
The REVOTECH team was involved in the creation of a detailed specification in order to implement the solution in line with the client’s expectations.
The project was developed through the team’s utilization of an agile development methodology – Scrum – which includes sprints complemented be compensatory Q&A activities to ensure each deliverable’s quality. The team managed to quickly develop intermediate versions to to verify software functionality early in the process and prepare it for developing end-product features.

Additionally, the team produced a full document workflow system for chemical industry companies, as well as in-built report generation tools. Finally, the app also produces full reports on recommendations and usage risks associated with particular chemicals.
